The location is perfect for exploring the city.

The soundproofing was unacceptable. We could hear everything. Noisy guests above and in the hall kept me awake at night. Plus, the bathroom was small and could use better cleaning.

Our stay there was nice. We liked the hotel, it was pleasant and had excellent location close to an amazing seafood restaurant, Opera and chaussee d'antin staff and the tube station. Everything was very good and the staff was polite and welcoming...

Room cleaning was not exactly cautious

The scrambled eggs at breakfast were divine! Plus, the hotel's location is a stone's throw from Hanoi Ca Phe and the fine views from the nearby cafes are epic. The staff was helpful, even allowing for early luggage drop-off.

The curtains wouldn't fully close and there was a small burn hole in the duvet cover.

I like the location. In general, we are glad to choose your hotel due to reasonable balance between price and comfort.

The elevator is too small. Once the cleaning staff "forget" to clean our room.

The rooms are cramped beyond comfort, and the bathrooms could benefit from better maintenance to prevent inconvenience. Noise disturbances from the street were also bothersome!!!

Stayed at this hotel 1 night only. Was given a room at once on arrival (at 11:00) and could start sightseeing immediately. The next day my bag was safely kept on reception from 11 a.m. till 5 p.m. while I was walking aroud the city. Nice place to stay with perfect location.

The location is excellent. Walking distance to main attractions and shopping districts

The rooms and hotel is small. The sign board located outside the hotel was not name correctly. Having a hard time to locate the hotel.

Take advantage of the complimentary coffee and tea in the reception area before heading out to explore the city.

the hotel staffs are very friendly and helpful with the information that i needed.

Shower had good flow of water and plenty of hot water.

Free Wi-Fi did not reach the 3rd floor. You had to go to the lobby to use the internet. When using the stairs in the morning, the stairs from the 2nd floor to the ground floor were not lit and the were circular squares making it dangerous.
